Design and implementation of plants for the extraction and intake of air in the industrial paint booth during the production of the metal sheet
The engineering phase must take into consideration that all components of the plants will be shipped for the subsequent installation in the production site abroad. For this reason our Technical Office designs carefully each individual component.
Sizing of the correct speeds of air in crossing in the extraction and discharge ducts, with the consequent calculation of the overall load losses depending on the path of the tubes and the various components of the plant, all custom designed according to the sizes permitted by the manufacturing context.
The extraction and suction phase from the coating line plans air return ducts inside the rectangular section machine shoulders made of welded 20/10 galvanized metal sheet with flanged joints, including perforated metal sheet intake grilles and side plenum with hoses for connection to the onboard line extraction hoods. REI120 pallet and fire dampers valves are planned in the motorized version.
Selection of a simple extraction centrifugal fan is by considering the overall plant capacity and the load losses of the connected systems.
The intake phase of the paint booth plans fresh air treatment through a UTA with a capacity of about 50,000 m3/h. The discharge ducts, from the air treatment unit to the plenum air diffusion inside the booth are made with 21 mm sandwich panels with cover on both sides in embossed aluminium and inner part in high density foam.
REI120 fire dampers are planned in the motorized version and opposed fins dampers calibration.
The filtered and treated air is inlet in the room through air diffusion horizontal manifolds, equipped with special flat filter cells for this application, resistant to high-speed and medium pressure.
