{"id":8810,"date":"2021-02-05T18:12:25","date_gmt":"2021-02-05T17:12:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.gammaimpianti.com\/industria-4-0-e-impianti-di-aspirazione-credito-dimposta-da-non-perdere\/"},"modified":"2023-06-22T12:46:03","modified_gmt":"2023-06-22T10:46:03","slug":"industry-4-0-and-suction-systems-2021-tax-credit-not-to-be-missed","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.gammaimpianti.com\/en\/industry-4-0-and-suction-systems-2021-tax-credit-not-to-be-missed\/","title":{"rendered":"Industry 4.0 and suction systems: 2021 tax credit not to be missed"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Following the publication in the Gazzetta Ufficiale of the Budget Law 78 of 30 December 2020 with effect from 01\/01\/2021, We are pleased to update you on the developments related to <strong>Industry 4.0 and its incentives with particular reference to investments 2021 in the air intake, filtration and treatment plants<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>industrial suction and cooling systems, if equipped with filtration<\/strong>, are in fact included in the material goods 4.0 Annex &#8220;A&#8221; of the 2017 budget law, for which the 50% incentive is confirmed <strong>(no longer 40%) of the purchase cost of the complete plant with a total value of up to 2.5 million Euro.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This new tax relief measure helps small and medium-sized enterprises by giving the possibility of <strong>recover 50% of the amount<\/strong> spent as tax credit to use <strong>immediately in compensation<\/strong> or in three equal annual instalments for companies with a turnover exceeding 5 million euros (Article 17 &#8211; DL 09\/07\/1997 &#8211; n.241 &#8211; paragraph 1062 &#8211; paragraphs 1056, 1057, and 1058).<\/p>\n<p>Customers who in 2021 decide to trust our company by investing in a new <strong>fumes extraction system or other industrial air treatment<\/strong>, will benefit from a new &#8220;industry 4.0 package&#8221; thanks to which they will enjoy the following benefits:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Recovery of 50% <\/strong>installation amount with compensation in F24<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sworn Expert Report of the EURISP Institute <\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Preferential rate for the preparation of expert report <\/strong>asseverata system (the expert opinion is mandatory for investments of more than \u20ac 300,000.00)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>We remind you that the sworn expertise provides our customers with a solid guarantee of security for the end user in compliance with tax rules.<\/p>\n<p><strong>But which suction and air treatment plants can be covered by the industry 4.0? <\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>All <strong>centralized suction systems<\/strong> for the purification of fumes, dust or exhalations provided that there is a filtration system, for example with sleeves or pockets cartridges.
