Many machining processes in the industrial and professional contexts generate fumes, steams or exhalations that tend to rise as a result of being heated.
In fact, they tend to heat the components and pollutants that arise by virtue of their higher temperature and tend to rise and to enter inside the hood.
In these cases, the extraction hoods are the ideal system for a proper capture of fumes and steams. In fact, the pollutant resulting from the machining process, by virtue of the higher temperature compared to the environment, tends to rise upwards and therefore towards the hood. Once reached the inside of the hood, it is eventually filtered and conveyed to the fan.
The sizing of an extraction hood is carried out by our technicians depending on the machining and of the available spaces, in order to avoid that the polluting agent while rising is dispersed into the environment rather than into the hood.
In many cases to improve the efficiently we implement lateral bands in special transparent PVC, fastened throughout the edge in order to increase the containment.
